Last year took a toll on educators and students alike, and with the 2021/2022 school year right around the corner everybody is desperate to get back to some level of normalcy. However it’s important to understand that though your admin have given you the thumbs up to launch in-person activities this year there may still be students and families who feel uneasy about re-entering crowded events.
Finding ways to engage students that don’t require them in person will be vital to ensuring no student feels alienated due to their personal beliefs. So as you and your student body start planning activities make sure you are regularly discussing ways students can engage digitally.
